Volunteer

Helping out with SCBA is a great way to learn more about book arts, make friends, earn free classes and more. We have a fantastic array of volunteer activities – staffing events, helping with publicity, setting up exhibitions, proofreading, designing workshop flyers, printing letterpress invitations, and more. We welcome volunteers on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. If you are interested in contributing your time and energy to SCBA, please join our volunteer list by signing up on our mailing list (there is a volunteer box to check when you sign up). As volunteer projects arise, we will do our best to match your talents and interests to our needs. Thank you, and we look forward to working with you.

The SCBA In-Kind Donation Program
The gift of usable equipment, services and supplies is always greatly appreciated. If you would like to donate items or services that may be helpful to us, please contact Janet Fryberger at janet@seattlebookarts.org, or 206-937-9756. In-kind donations will be also be honored by a 10% discount on our classes and invitations to SCBA special events for a full year following the date of your donation.
